"Potato Tacos, or A Lesson in How Much Salt You Really Need," is a short animated film that takes the audience into the kitchen of a large Mexican-American family to make potato tacos. Three generations of Muñoz women create the family matriarch's famous recipe. They tell stories, laugh, poke fun, and make food together.
